At BunBunCo, we want every plushie to arrive feeling like the perfect cuddle match. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
📦 Returns
We accept returns within:
- 14 days of delivery
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original conditionÂ
- Must be in original packaging (satin dustbag, thank you card, character card and vinyl sticker)
- Items must not be damaged or altered
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible 💌
💸Refunds
Once your return is received and checked:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- This usually takes 3–5 working days to appear in your account
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- We recommend using a tracked service so your BunBun safely finds its way back to usÂ
💌 Damaged or Wrong Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t worry!
Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll fix it for you as quickly as possible.
We may offer:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Or store credit (depending on the situation)
