Frequently Asked Questions - Our plushies

🚚When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process each order within 1-3 business days before shipping. During launches or busy periods such as Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

📦Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the UK. 
We hope to expand internationally in the future as our little world continues to grow.

📷Will my plushies look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to ensure all product images accurately represent each plush. Some promotional visuals may be creatively styled or enhanced, though the plushies themselves will closely match the product shown. Please follow our instagram @bunbunco.ldn for customer photos and to view photos taken using real plushies. 

✨What materials are used?
Our plushies are made  with soft fabrics (recycled polyester) with embroidered features. Caramello (Leche flan plushie) has an internal PVC support sheet to help maintain his shape. 

🧸Are your plushies suitable for children?
All of our plushies have been safety tested to meet UKCA and CE toy safety standards, helping ensure they are made with safety and quality in mind. 

🧽How do I clean my plushie?
We recommend gentle spot cleaning only to help keep your BunBun soft and cosy.

👎What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

🎉Do you restock sold out items?
Some characters may return, while others may stay limited edition. Follow our social media or join the BunBun club for restock updates and future drops.
